Use the "Book a free measure" button on any page, or the estimator, range page or booking form directly. It takes five short questions and there is no charge at any point.

Yes. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to go ahead afterwards. You only pay once you have seen a written price and chosen to accept it.

Usually between twenty and forty minutes, depending on how many rooms are involved.

Having a rough idea of which rooms you want done helps, but nothing needs to be moved or prepared specially for the measure itself.

That is completely normal. Darcy can talk through the options for each room during the visit; nothing needs to be decided in advance.

Yes, just get in touch and a new time is agreed. Nothing is charged for rearranging.
