Legal and policies

This is a demo deployment. These six documents are drafted but not finished, because each has to name the real business and be reviewed before a customer can rely on it. They are listed here so the structure is visible.

• Trading disclosures and contact

  Names the legal person you are contracting with: registered or proprietor name, address for service, VAT status. Cannot be written until that business is named (PRD G-0).

• Privacy notice

  A full UK GDPR Article 13 checklist, linked at the point of collection on every form as well as here. This preview collects nothing, so there is nothing yet for this notice to describe collecting.

• Cookies and analytics

  Self-hosted analytics only, no advertising or third-party cookie, and a working opt-out. No cookie banner is shown because no advertising cookie is set.

• Terms and conditions of sale

  Written for a contract agreed in your home, not adapted from an online shop template, covering delivery, fitting, and the goods and services split.

• Cancellation policy

  Your 14-day statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with the model cancellation form. The statutory wording (Schedule 3) must come from the official source or a solicitor, never be paraphrased from memory, so this page stays a draft shell until that transcription is done.

• Complaints procedure

  Response timescales and what happens if we cannot agree, with an ADR paragraph shown only once a real scheme membership exists.
