What happens at the measuring visit?
Darcy visits your home, free of charge and with no obligation, to measure every room properly: the longest and widest points, the perimeter, doorways, and anything the online estimate cannot see, such as an alcove. He also checks the subfloor for anything that needs addressing. You leave the visit with a full written, itemised price, and nothing is booked in or charged until you choose to accept it.
